Complete a three day food diary, literally filling in everything that you eat and drink, including snacks.

This should include two weekdays and one weekend day.

You must be completely honest with yourself, because at the end of the day, if you’re not completely truthful, you will only be cheating yourself!

I will also need your height, weight and age.

From this information, I will give you a report that will give you a complete breakdown on your present dietary habits.

How much protein, carbohydrate and fat is in your diet, but more importantly, where that fat is coming from, i.e. saturated fat (the one to avoid) or polyunsaturated fat (the good fat) that your body needs and requires and also give a complete report on your mineral and vitamin intake.

All this comes in an easy to understand graph and table format (See examples) along with helpful advice and tips.
